We, our vendors and our delivery partners are doing everything we can to ensure the promised delivery time of 2-4 working days. If we can manage to deliver on time, we will inform you on time.

Nothing is as important as the delivery time. That’s why you see the delivery time before you order something. The retailers deliver items that are directly in stock usually in 3 days. If the item is no longer on stock, you will be notified on time.

Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?  Than i might take:

  • 3 – 4 days if you are located in Germany or Luxembourg;
  • 5 – 9 days to receive your order if you are located other European Union countries, Scandinavia and in Switzerland;
  • 7 – 14 days if you are located in outside the EU.

What are my delivery options?

FashiusLooks is not not only responsible for keeping platform running smoothly, it is also responsible for arranging the delivery unless the retailer choses it’s own delivery platform. 

Our delivery partners in the Netherlands and  in Belgium are DHL and PostNL. In the rest of the European Union it’s DHL, PostNL and DPD because the have the cheapest and the most qualitative delivery service. We sincerely apologize for the high shipping costs, we are constantly negotiating for lower shipping rates.

It is possible to change an order that I have already placed?

No an order can no longer be changed/modified to protect your data. If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it by calling or mailing us on time.
